• Greet and assist clients with a personalized, high-touch sales approach
• Understand clients’ sleep needs and recommend appropriate Vispring products
• Present product features, craftsmanship, materials, and brand heritage with confidence
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, designers, and referral partners
• Accurately process sales, orders, and follow-up communications
• Maintain showroom presentation to brand standards
