Manager of Luxury Sales, Guesst
Guesst, the technology platform that powers the new retail, is seeking a Manager of Luxury Sales with experience in home goods and apparel on a contract basis at our Retail Collective in BrandBox. The position has the potential of moving to permanent employment after completion. The key objective of this position is to reach and surpass the sales goals, working with multiple heritage, indie and direct-to-consumer brands in a technology-activated holiday retail environment.
Experience / Duties / Responsibilities:
a. Previous Experience and demonstrated success in a client and/or commission based Specialty / Upscale Retail Sales environment.
b. Exhibits an “A” type, outgoing, friendly, intelligent and gregarious personality.
c. Ability to be a “Brand Ambassador” and relate to and upscale and sophisticated clientele, present and sell various categories and Brands of products to include Home Goods, Electronics, Mens, Womens and Children’s apparel, outerwear and footwear, Jewelry, Eyewear, Watches, Toys and various services as directed by Guesst.
d. Impeccable attention to detail regarding personal grooming and personal attire.
e. Knowledgeable of current, hip trends and tech-savvy.
f. Adept at various merchandising, stocking, floor moves, maintenance, training and marketing activities that are common to a fast-paced and upscale specialty retail environment.
g. Assist in the coordination and execution of community, customer and brand marketing events to include off-site locations.
h. Process customer sales through Guesst POS system.
i. Available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as the business dictates.

• Must have minimum 3 years’ experience within luxury retail and have high emotional intelligence
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and targets
• Prior knowledge of CRM and clienteling is a plus
• Ability to quickly learn and explain new brands, products, and technology in a retail environment
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven results in achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Must be a team player
