Timberland is looking to hire a full time sales manager!

Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Service / Sales Environment

· Maintain  Consumer Centric Focus

· Model Selling Manager Role

· Directing of Sales Associates

· Assist Store Manager with annual performance evaluations

· Reinforce training in Selling Skills, Product Knowledge, Visual Standards and Loss Prevention

· Communicate sales objectives and motivate sales staff

· Resolve customer issues for resolutions

· Maintains LP & Safety Awareness 

· Perform all opening / closing management responsibilities

Visual Merchandising

· Effective execution of Environment Guide

· Ensure accuracy of pricing and promotions

· Maintain Visual Standards

· Train and develop employees in Visual merchandising standards


· POS accountability 

· Adhere to payroll matrix

· Conduct 1st level interviews and make recommendations 

· Ensure compliance to allcore Policies and Procedures

· 90% of time on the sales floor

Accountable for SPAH, UPT, ADS & Comp Sales
