Rigby&Peller — Assistant Manager

Responsible for assisting in the successful operation of a Rigby & Peller store. The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager to meet stores sales plans, coach and motivate employees, ensure the smooth operation of store processes, controlling costs and maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote the Rigby & Peller Guiding Principles at all times:
Customer Focus, Family, Ownership, Continuous Development, and Positive Attitude. All duties are to be performed in Coordination with Store Manager

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals
Two years of experience as an Rigby & Peller Lingerie Stylist is preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good problem solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel) and Retail Pro.
Bachelors Degree in Business or equivalent experience desirable
