As a Store Manager at I AM your responsibilities include sales and profit, customer service, store operations and team leadership.  It’s up to you to achieve I AM retail targets by driving sales and delivering the greatest customer service possible to our customers. 


•Monitor sales to ensure the store is on track to meet I AM sales targets
•Defines objectives and action plan for I AM in agreement with the District Manager
•Monitor and analyses I AM sales reporting as well as all relevant KPI
•Increase contribution per working hour by optimizing use of hours/service plans within the given budget
•Monitor I AM stock loss level and take appropriate actions
•Communicate all relevant plans and results to I AM team members
•Ensure Store operations according to I AM guidelines
•Manage I AM operation costs
•Communicate maintenance issues to District Manager and ensures timely repairs
•Consistently models excellent customer service
•Conducts regular team meetings to communicate I AM goals and updates
•Adheres to and uphold I AM visual and merchandising standards
•Ensure I AM assortment layout is according to guidelines at all POS and adapt if necessary
•Ensure fixture layout is accordance to I AM guidelines and provide alternative suggestions to District Manager if necessary
•Communicate needs concerning I AM branding standards to District Manager
•Monitor stock (quality & quantity) of I AM merchandise in according to guidelines
•Communicate additional I AM needs/requirements to District Manager
•Organize stock room according to guideline
•Ensure accuracy of all order and return processes
•Actively recruit new I AM team members in a timely manner
•Conduct personnel planning in line with personal cost budget and communicate additional needs to Reginal Manager
•Manage, develop and coach I AM team members in the area of responsibility
•Agree on disciplinary actions with District Manager
•Conduct performance reviews
•Identify and execute training/coaching needs
•Ensure that the HR procedures and internal regulations are followed


•Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 4 years of retail management experience
•Or 4 years progressive fashion retail management experience
•Experience with reading and implementing Planograms
•Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
