Charles Tyrwhitt (rhymes with "spirit" by the way) is a leading British menswear multi-channel retailer. We’re growing rapidly in the US with ambitious goals for the future. Our fondly named "Tyrwhitteers" are the leaders of our growth and we are now looking for a confident and ambitious Supervisor to join the highly competitive Tyrwhitteers at our Tysons Corner store in Virginia on a Full Time basis.
As a member of the store management team, the Supervisor will support the Assistant Manager and Store Manager with the efficient operation of the store and to ensure customers receive outstanding service at all times, in order to meet store targets.
You will manage the day to day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures. You will lead, motivate and develop your team to provide the highest level of customer service at all times. You will fully understand all store sales targets and KPIs and how they can be achieved. You will provide feedback and suggest improvements to the Store Manager on commercial opportunities.
What we are looking for
It is essential you have knowledge and understanding of KPI’s, including conversion, UPT, ATV, Margin and data capture. You will have the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and staff and able to work well as part of a team. It is important you have customer service experience and the proven ability to drive sales.
You will be fun to work with, take pride in appearance and always have a driven, can do attitude.
