12 Days of Fitness with Crunch Fitness

It's that time of year again to crank up the Holiday cheer! Get ready for the 4th annual 12 Days of Fitness workout from Crunch Fitness Tysons and Tysons Corner Center! 

12 Days of Fitness is a Fitness class that is just like the favorite holiday song! Each of the 12 Days is represented by a different exercise. Attendees will work to make it through all 12 “Days” of the workout. Everyone who participates will be rewarded with food and beverage and special Tysons Corner Center goodie-bags! 

The workout will be from 5:30pm-6:30pm consisting of body weight exercises that combine strength and explosiveness to activate and integrate all the major muscle groups for a complete and total body workout with an emphasis on core stability. 

So go put on your best holiday workout attire and come join the fun to see what Crunch Fitness and Tysons Fit Club is all about!

*The workout will take place the Hyatt ballroom park in garage E and follow signs to the event!
