Whether you've never taken a yoga class before or are a regular yoga practitioner, you will feel comfortable in this setting.
If you're trying to gain flexibility, improve your body's mobility, lose weight, strengthen and tone, gain mental peace, or just try something fun with the kids; this unique yoga experience at the mall offers it all.
During each class we will cover a different type of yoga, break down and explore new poses, and end with guided therapeutic relaxation techniques to help relieve or cope with stress. Start your day off with good vibes, energy, and mental clarity with yoga at the mall.Classes will be held Lower Level Bloomingdale's Court from 7am-8am. Please bring water; mats will be provided.
